Update 2: Went during a charity event, good fun for a great cause. They also sell merch (I bought a Paddy's cap featuring the 3 dogs you'll meet there). Update 1: Dog friendly. Club vibe in the right half of building. Tuesday open mic is fun. Live music is great when they have it (check their calendar). ----- Initial Review ----- My favorite pub in Covington (it's on Main Strasse btwn 5th & 6th). Great beers on tap. There's plenty of outdoor seating in front (where you can enjoy the street view and occasional live music) and along the side and in the back (with cozy seats and another bar). They also have a TouchTunes. Mondays is industry night and it's great fun (and the price is always right). Don't forget to ask about shot specials and the mugs / steins up on the ceiling.

Do you have a DJ playing on Saturdays?

Absolutely! We’ve listened to our customers and now feature live DJ performances every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Our resident DJs bring high energy and great vibes to the dance floor, making Paddy’s the go-to spot for weekend fun. Come early, stay late, and enjoy the music you love.

Does Paddy’s have an outdoor patio?

Yes! Our outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind with friends. Whether you're enjoying the fresh air or taking a break from the music inside, the patio offers a laid-back atmosphere for drinks, conversation, and good vibes.

Do you only serve Irish whiskey, and do you offer food?

Not at all! While we’re proud of our Irish roots and feature favorites like Jameson, Guinness, and Harp on tap, we also have a fully stocked bar, a variety of wines, and a great selection of domestic beers. As for food, we don’t serve it in-house, but there are plenty of fantastic restaurants just steps away. We’re happy to recommend local spots you can enjoy before or after your visit.

Absolutely! We’re a dog-friendly bar and love when you bring your furry friends. We have water bowls and doggie treats ready to make them feel just as welcome as you.
